Federation at Work

The Greater Miami Jewish Federation is here for the Jewish people, in ordinary times and in extraordinary times.

We are here for individuals and families struggling to make ends meet ... for parents wishing to give their children a quality Jewish education … for aging Holocaust Survivors and other frail seniors unable to care for themselves … for immigrants settling in new lands ... for victims of war, of terrorism and natural disasters ... and for communities seeking to build a dynamic Jewish life.

Through the Annual Federation/UJA Campaign, we raise tens of millions of dollars each year for a single purpose: to make a world of difference for Jewish people around the corner and around the globe.

At Work in Miami

Culturally, geographically and demographically, Miami’s Jewish population is one of the most diverse in the US. Since 1938, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation has worked to build community and enrich the quality of Jewish life in the Greater Miami area.

How far-reaching is this impact? Today, 1 in 5 people in Miami's Jewish community depends on Federation and our partner agencies for financial assistance or access to Jewish life.
